Customer FAQ

To use our service you have to download Xpressy app, register and verify details using a code sent via sms.

You can now access ride and delivery service available upon opening the app.

We send promo code from time to time to our regular customersby SMS and App notification. Stay connected to us and keep your app updated. We hope you will get our future promo codes timely.

Safety and security is our first concern

In the event you cancel your Xpressy scheduled vehicle with 1 hour notice, you will not be charged . If you cancel Xpressy with less than 1 hour notice, a 20% cancellation fee is applied.

Xpressy drivers will not help load or unload items. However you can request for Xpressy helpers who are strictly vetted and passed a background check at a fee of ksh 1300 per helper.

Driver FAQ

Xpressy drivers earn between ksh 1500 to ksh 10000 a day depending on the type of vehicle you have. They can also earn tips from customers for job well done. Tips can be paid in cash/Mpesa.

When a request requires loaders, a client may request for a helper at a fee. Learn more about being a mover here

Xpressy drivers are independent contractors and are able to work when they want. The number of trips/projects you do with Xpressy will vary based on your location, vehicle type and availability. While a few driver professionals do use Xpressy full time, we recommend treating it as a part-time opportunity.

No registration costs. However costs associated to vehicle branding will be paid by the partner. Besides, costs associated to insurance, background check and other compliance certificates will be paid by the partner.
